A tabata interval workout using bodyweight squats. Tabata intervals consist of 8 x (20s on / 10s off) of a given exercise or activity. They can be useful for general conditioning or endurance activities.

A sample of sprinting drills used by our athletes. These drills are typically used as a part of our dynamic warm-up routines. We use them to dynamically warm-up and strengthen the muscles used in sprinting and also to teach postural awareness.
A series of lower body exercises aimed at lengthening and realigning the fascial anatomy trains and lower body musculature that can inhibit top level performance in speed-power activities.
HPC Elite Team members, Alonzo Moore, Lamont Dagen, and James Jenkins all competed in the triple jump at the U.S. Olympic Trials. Alonzo and James advanced to the finals with marks of 16.09m and 16.28m respectively.
HPC Elite Team Members, Nick Newman and Lamont Dagen, compete in and win the long jump and triple jump at the Valentine Invitational at Boston University.

This is a small sample of the many unilateral lower extremity exercises we use. These exercises can be used to address muscular imbalances, strengthen postural support musculature, and train the athlete in single support positions.

Fran is a trademark crossfit workout consisting of 21, 15, and 9 reps of a 95 lb thruster alternated with pullups. This is the third attempt at the workout. Range of motion on the thrusters needs to be improved.
