Nadezhda Pavlvoa is probably the first ballerina that introduce the 180° Extensions ans she is also the winner of the Second Moscow International Ballet Competition , she defeated soloist and pirncipal dancers of much more expirience and age (At that time Pavlova had 15 or 16 years old)
