Legend has it that Kids in the Hall invented this game while working with a Theatresports troupe in Canada before they did their sketch show. Typically it's played with 3 actors and one bucket. There must be a head in the bucket at all times.

John Cleese is the waiter to the enormous Mr Creosote who arrives at the resturant feeling sick. He fills several buckets with sick, before ordering everything on the menu, saying 'i'll have the lot'. He then orders six bottles of wine and six crates of beer. Later an after diner wafer thin mint chocolate is all it takes to make Creosote explode!! Hilarious....
